近年,国家对职业教育发展更加重视,钳工专业也随之得到了空前的发展。国家、地方政府、各行业为了鼓励和推动职业技能水平的提高,每年全国各地都会举办各种职业技能竞赛。同时、各院校、企业为了展示自身教学水平和技术力量,参赛热情高涨,很多单位都把参加竞赛作为一项重要工作,力争取得好的成绩。如何对钳工专业技能竞赛选手进行选拔?就成为竞赛准备的重中之重。为此,笔者作为指导教师,带队参加了4届全国化工检修钳工学生组竞赛后,对“如何选选手”这个问题进行了梳理,将一些心得与同行分享。
