目的 观察共轭亚油酸 (conjugatedlinoleicacid ,CLA)对黑色素瘤细胞B16 MB黏附和运动能力的影响 ,探讨CLA预防肿瘤转移的可能作用途径。方法 采用鼠黑色素瘤B16 MB高转移细胞系 ,用 0、2 5、5 0、10 0、2 0 0μmol LCLA处理后 ,分别用黏附试验、随机运动试验、Transwell趋化运动模型来研究CLA对细胞的黏附和运动能力的影响。结果 经CLA处理后 ,B16 MB向细胞外基质成分的黏附能力降低 ,同时随机运动能力降低 ,但趋向运动能力未发现变化。结论 CLA可能通过抑制肿瘤细胞的粘附和运动能力来发挥预防肿瘤转移的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) on the adhesion and motor ability of B16 MB cells in melanoma cells and to explore the possible mechanism of action of CLA in preventing tumor metastasis. Methods The murine melanoma B16-MB highly metastatic cell line was treated with 0, 25, 50, 100 and 200 micromol LCLA, and the effects of CLA on the cell proliferation were evaluated by adhesion test, random exercise test and Transwell chemotactic model The effects of adhesion and exercise ability. Results After CLA treatment, the adhesion of B16 MB to extracellular matrix components was decreased, meanwhile, the ability of random exercise decreased while the tendency of motor activity did not change. Conclusion CLA may play a role in preventing tumor metastasis by inhibiting the adhesion and motility of tumor cells.
