模拟了路基边坡中的使用环境,对比分析了路基边坡中全裸钢绞线和镀锌钢绞线在不同腐蚀性环境中的电化学性能和腐蚀形貌。结果表明,在相同的外加应力前提下,随着路基边坡中p H值的降低,全裸钢绞线和镀锌钢绞线的腐蚀电位逐渐降低,而腐蚀电位密度不断增加;随着外加应力的增加,全裸钢绞线和镀锌钢绞线的表面产物逐渐增加,腐蚀有逐渐增加的趋势;镀锌钢绞线的表面腐蚀层产物主要为(Zn(OH)_2)_3·Zn SO_4·5H_2O,表明表层起到了防护作用。
The use environment of subgrade slope is simulated, and the electrochemical performance and corrosion morphology of all-bare steel strand and galvanized steel strand in different caustic environments are compared and analyzed. The results show that under the same applied stress, with the decrease of p H value in subgrade slope, the corrosion potential of all-bare steel strand and galvanized steel strand gradually decreases and the corrosion potential density increases continuously. With the increase of external stress , The surface products of bare steel strand and galvanized steel strand gradually increase, and the corrosion tends to increase gradually. The products of the surface corrosion layer of galvanized steel strand mainly include (Zn (OH) 2) 3ZnSO 4 5H_2O, indicating that the surface played a protective role.
