人参种子的长、宽、厚及其重量总体上呈正态分布,宽度总体平均值约为4.5mm,宽度>4.5mm和<4.5mm的分别占总体的48.56%和51.44%。不同产地人参种子大小分布范围没有显著差异,所有的品种宽度>5.5mm或者<3.5mm的种子均不足10%,但是不同品种的人参其种子在不同等级中所占比率不同。人参种子的宽/长比值范围为0.70~1.00,不同品种的人参种子宽/长比值分布范围完全一致,平均值基本相等。人参种子的厚/长比值范围为0.25~0.80,厚/宽度比值范围为0.3~0.9。不同品种人参种子厚/长比值和厚/宽分布范围有较大的差异,平均值差别较大。人参种子单粒重为10~50mg,其重量与种子宽度呈正相关关系,平均宽度和平均重量呈良好的线性相关性,相关系数(R2)达0.998 9。人参种子吸水后长、宽、厚度增长比例基本一致,干种子尺寸与吸水后种子的尺寸呈线性相关性(R2=0.993)。充分吸收水分后长、宽、厚膨胀系数均为1.05左右。人参种子可采用圆孔种子筛进行有效地分级,分级结果符合国际种子检验规程的要求。
The length, width, thickness and weight of ginseng seeds are generally normal distribution, the average width of about 4.5mm, width> 4.5mm and <4.5mm accounted for 48.56% and 51.44% of the overall. There was no significant difference in the size distribution of ginseng seeds from different regions. All varieties with width> 5.5 mm or <3.5 mm had less than 10% seeds, but different varieties had different percentages of seeds in different grades. The wide / long ratio range of ginseng seeds ranged from 0.70 to 1.00. The range of width / length ratio distribution of ginseng seeds was identical and the average values were basically the same. The thickness / length ratio of ginseng seeds ranges from 0.25 to 0.80 and the ratio of thickness to width ranges from 0.3 to 0.9. Different varieties of ginseng seed thickness / length ratio and thickness / width distribution of the larger differences, the average difference is larger. The single grain weight of ginseng seeds was 10 ~ 50mg, and its weight was positively correlated with the seed width. The average width and average weight showed a good linear correlation, the correlation coefficient (R2) was 0.998 9. The proportion of ginseng seed after water absorption is basically the same as the proportion of the growth of the seed, and the size of the seed after water absorption (R2 = 0.993). Full absorption of water after the length, width, thickness expansion coefficient of about 1.05. Ginseng seeds can be effectively fractionated using round-hole seed sieves, and the graded results meet the requirements of the International Seed Inspection Code.
