1992年4月至1993年5月用英国葛兰素公司研制的倍氯米松(二丙酸倍氯松,beclomethasone dipropinate)于散剂(必酮碟becodesk)配以碟式吸纳器防治33例小儿顽固性哮喘,效果良好,现报道如下。临床资料1.治疗对象:男21例,女12例,年龄2岁9个月～5岁11例,～7岁8例,～13岁14例,均符合中华医学会儿科学会和呼吸学会的诊断标准,其中重型13例,中型20例。住院1～14次22例。病程1～年(平均4年)。有过敏性个人史25例,过敏性家族史
