Hematogenous metastatic tumor strain FC, lymphatic associated with hematogenous metastatic tumor line U14, lymphatic metastatic tumor line H22, and non-metastatic tumor line P615 were inoculated into 615 purebred inbred 615 mice respectively. All the animals were sacrificed at different times, The histological and hemorheological tests were performed. The development of metastatic tumor was divided into incubation period, invasion period, early metastasis, middle and late metastasis, and the development of non-metastasis was divided into incubation period, proliferative period, cyst formation period and central necrosis period. The results of this experiment showed that the three highly metastatic tumor strains all caused the changes of blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in early stage after the transplantation in 615 mice, the late increase of erythrocyte aggregation, the decrease of erythrocyte aggregation and the late increase of erythrocyte rigidity, The metastatic tumor strain was the earliest (the beginning of the incubation period), and the lymphatic metastasis associated with the hematogenous metastasis was later (beginning of the invasion) than that of the lymphatic metastasis (early stage of metastasis) .In terms of the magnitude of the change, hematogenous metastasis, After the above-mentioned changes in a larger range, lymphatic metastasis of tumor strains caused by such changes weaker, while non-metastatic tumor measured after hemorrhage measured most of the rheological indicators did not change statistically significant. Transfer with the passage of blood rheology changes in their clinical diagnosis and therapeutic implications are discussed.
