每年的五、六月是青少年生长发育的高峰月,同时又是他们学习应考的最紧张阶段。由于他们骨骼娇嫩和肌肉力量不足,加上长时间低头含胸的学习以及不注意身体姿势的端正,在长身体的高峰月,很容易形成脊柱劲胸段后凸的姿势性驼背。不仅影响他们体形体姿的美观,而且还会影响其内脏正常发育生长。因此,在体育教学中,应重视青少年姿势性驼背的预防与矫正。我在教学中采取以下措施,效果较好。
