目的探讨理肺汤对过敏性支气管哮喘大鼠肺组织形态学和血清IgE的作用。方法将40只SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、理肺汤组、西药(地塞米松)组。采用卵蛋白致敏复制大鼠支气管哮喘模型,各组均给予相应药物灌胃,连续14天。观察大鼠肺组织形态学和血清IgE的变化。结果与空白对照组比较,模型对照组肺组织炎性细胞浸润等病理表现明显,治疗后理肺汤组、西药组肺组织病理形态学得到明显改善。与空白对照组相比,模型对照组BALF涂片嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数显著升高(P<0.01),与模型对照组相比,理肺汤和西药组可显著减少EOS数量(P<0.01)。与空白对照组相比,模型对照组血清IgE水平显著升高(P<0.01),与模型对照组相比,理肺汤和西药组可显著降低血清IgE水平(P<0.01)。结论理肺汤对支气管哮喘大鼠在降低气道高反应性和血清IgE水平、减轻气道炎症以及缓解气道重构等方面有积极的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of LiFei Decoction on lung histomorphology and serum IgE in allergic bronchial asthma rats. Methods Forty SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model control group, LiFeiTang group and western medicine (dexamethasone) group. The model of bronchial asthma was induced by ovalbumin sensitization in rats. The rats in each group were given gavage for 14 consecutive days. The changes of lung morphology and serum IgE in rats were observed. Results Compared with the blank control group, the inflammatory cells infiltration in the model control group showed obvious pathological changes. After the treatment, the lung histopathology of the LiFei Tang group and the western medicine group was significantly improved. Compared with the blank control group, BALF smear eosinophil count (EOS) in the model control group was significantly increased (P <0.01). Compared with the model control group, Lifeng Tang and the western medicine group could significantly reduce the number of EOS <0.01). Compared with the blank control group, serum IgE level of the model control group was significantly increased (P <0.01). Compared with the model control group, LiFei Tang and the western medicine group could significantly reduce the level of serum IgE (P <0.01). Conclusion LiFei Decoction has a positive effect on the reduction of airway hyperresponsiveness, serum IgE, airway inflammation and airway remodeling in bronchial asthma rats.
