16名北京体育大学体育系男子足球运动员随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组为常氧环境,实验组实施高住低训,观察间歇性低氧暴露及运动对机体自由基代谢的影响。结果:(1)对照组4周实验前后自由基代谢各指标无明显变化。(2)实验组运动前、10小时急性低氧暴露后与常氧运动前比较,血清CK明显升高,血清MDA及红细胞SOD活性有升高趋势,红细胞GSH明显下降,GSH-PX有下降趋势。(3)实验组4周低氧暴露运动前与常氧相比,血清CK进一步升高,红细胞SOD、GSH-PX有升高趋势,血清MDA无明显变化。(4)运动对自由基代谢的影响在常氧与低氧环境下无明显差异。
Sixteen male football players from Department of Physical Education, Beijing Sport University were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was normoxia environment. The experimental group was given high and low altitude training to observe the effects of intermittent hypoxic exposure and exercise on free radical metabolism. Results: (1) There was no significant change of free radical metabolism before and after 4 weeks in control group. (2) Compared with that before normoxia exercise, the levels of CK and CK in serum and the activities of SOD in erythrocytes in experimental group tended to increase 10 hours after acute hypoxic exposure at 10 hours before exercise, GSH-PX in erythrocytes decreased significantly . (3) Compared with normoxia group, the serum CK was increased and the level of SOD and GSH-PX in erythrocytes increased and the serum MDA did not change significantly. (4) The effect of exercise on free radical metabolism had no significant difference between normoxia and hypoxia.
