现在的企业领导多数没有经过战争体验和部队锻炼,对国防建设接触不多,对武装工作了解不深。社会主义市场经济体制建立后,面对激烈的市场竞争,一些企业领导在抓经济建设与搞国防建设上出现了失衡现象。有的甚至把武装工作视为企业经营机制改革的一个负担,擅自撤并企业武装部;有的对武装工作所需的经费、物资、用人等采取不支持的态度。这些现象表明,企业领导国防观念和执行兵役法规意识的强弱,直接关系到武装工作在企业的兴衰。为此,要从增强企业领导国防观念入手,严格按照各项兵役法规约束他们自觉抓好武装工作。 一、要使武装工作在企业领导头脑中挂号。通
