(一)设计要素 1.精冲间隙 合理的精冲间隙能在保证裁切面质量的前提下有效的延长模具寿命。国外有些专业公司认为,精冲的间隙应尽量小。根据精冲材料的厚度和性能,推荐取0.005~0.025毫米。这样小的冲裁间隙会增加制模困难、加大精冲时模具的荷载和磨损,因而降低模具寿命。实践证明,精冲间隙随料厚加厚可以在一定范围内加大,但必须均匀。1974年末
