利用TherMax500型加压热天平研究了大同烟煤在增压富氧条件下的燃烧行为,主要考察压力对其燃烧特性的影响。实验结果表明,煤粉常压时的非均相着火,在中低压力下转变成均相着火,当压力增加到4 MPa后又逐渐向非均相着火过渡,并在6 MPa时完全转变成非均相着火。在均相燃烧时,随着压力的升高,挥发分燃烧速率逐渐加快,煤粉热解程度逐步加深。由于不同压力下着火方式的改变,煤粉的着火温度及燃尽温度并非随着压力的增加而单调变化,因而导致煤粉的综合燃烧特性指数S随着压力的增加先升高后降低。
The combustion behavior of Datong bituminous coal under pressurized and oxygen enriched condition was studied by TherMax 500 autoclave. The effect of pressure on its combustion characteristics was investigated. The experimental results show that the heterogeneous ignition of pulverized coal at normal pressure transforms into a homogeneous ignition at low and medium pressures, and gradually changes to a non-homogeneous ignition when pressure increases to 4 MPa and completely transforms to Heterogeneous fire. In homogeneous combustion, with the increase of pressure, the combustion rate of volatiles gradually accelerated, and the degree of pulverized coal pyrolysis gradually deepened. Owing to the change of ignition methods under different pressures, the ignition temperature and burnout temperature of pulverized coal do not change monotonously with the increase of pressure, which leads to the comprehensive combustion index S of pulverized coal first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of pressure.
