濮阳市医疗机构放射防护现状分析

目的了解濮阳市医疗机构放射卫生防护现状,发现问题,提出合理化建议。方法 2013年对濮阳市61家医疗机构进行放射卫生专项检查。结果 61家医疗机构《放射诊疗许可证》持证率为95.08%,放射工作人员职业健康检查率为95.09%,个人剂量监测率为98.28%,放射医用设备检测率为81.55%。市县比较差异无统计学意义,市乡比较差异有统计学意义。结论本市医疗机构放射防护工作总体良好,乡级放射防护情况有待改善,医疗机构及卫生行政部门仍需做好放射诊疗管理工作。 Objective To understand the status quo of radiation health protection in medical institutions in Puyang and to find out the problems and to put forward reasonable suggestions. Methods In 2013, 61 medical institutions in Puyang were examined for their special radiosurgery. Results 61 medical institutions, “radiotherapy and medical permit” certification rate of 95.08%, occupational health examination of radiation workers was 95.09%, personal dose monitoring rate was 98.28%, radiological medical equipment detection rate was 81.55%. There was no significant difference between cities and counties, the difference between city and town was statistically significant. Conclusion The radiation protection work of medical institutions in the city is generally good, and the radiation protection situation at the township level needs to be improved. The medical institutions and health administrative departments still need to do a good job in radiotherapy and treatment management.
