从近年出版的API Spec11AX可知,深井泵及其组件仍以九种无衬套杆式泵为主,两种管式泵为辅,计十一种基本泵型,并无大的变化。但是目前美国一些抽油泵制造厂家(OILWELL,AXELSON,EMSCO,H-F,MENARCH等)经过长期生产实践和对腐蚀机理的研究,对井液腐蚀介质的分析、对比、分类,了解了不同材质对不同腐蚀介质的适应性,摸索出一条较为完整的、科学的油井抽油泵防腐途径。对泵的基础件如泵筒、柱塞,主要件如凡尔球,凡尔座、凡尔罩等的结构、材质、热处理、制造工艺等进行了较大的改进,其目的是针对不同井深、井况条件,提高抽油泵基础件及主要件的耐腐蚀性,以达到满足用户要求,降低成本,增加效益的目的。
