以氯亚氨基－２，６－二氯醌作显色剂，用分光光度法测定诺氟沙星含量。吸光度与浓度在４～２４μｇ／ｍｌ范围内呈良好线性关系，平均回收率为９９．８１％。ＲＳＤ为０．１５％（ｎ＝５），方法简便，快速。
Using chloroimino-2,6-dichloroquinone as chromogenic reagent, the content of norfloxacin was determined by spectrophotometry. Absorbance and concentration in the range of 4 ~ 24μg / ml showed a good linear relationship, the average recovery was 99.81%. RSD of 0.15% (n = 5), the method is simple and fast.
