水泥混凝土路面板内的温度沿板厚分布是非线性的,本文利用非线性温度分布分解原理,分析了非线性温度梯度作用下的路面温度应力,研究了不同程度负温度梯度对温度应力的影响,结果表明:在负温度梯度条件下,路面板顶面受拉而底面受压,路面板内温度沿板厚非线性分布产生的内应力,使得板顶面拉应力增加;在正温度梯度条件下,路面板顶面受压而底面受拉,路面板内温度沿板厚非线性分布产生的内应力,使得板底面拉应力减小;在路面板顶面和底面温度相同的条件下,温度梯度越大,路面顶面拉应力越大。
The temperature distribution along the thickness of cement concrete pavement is non-linear. Based on the principle of non-linear temperature distribution, the paper analyzes the temperature stress of pavement under the influence of nonlinear temperature gradient, and studies the influence of different negative temperature gradient on temperature stress. The results show that under the condition of negative temperature gradient, the top surface of road pavement is tensioned and the bottom surface is compressed. The internal stress generated by the non-linear distribution of temperature in pavement slab along the slab thickness increases the tensile stress at the top of slab. Under the condition of positive temperature gradient , The top of pavement slab is pressed and the bottom is tensioned, the internal stress generated by the non-linear distribution of temperature in pavement slab along the slab thickness reduces the tensile stress of the slab bottom surface. Under the condition of the same top and bottom temperature, the temperature gradient The larger, the greater the tensile stress of the road surface.
