为消除加拿大艾伯塔省卡尔加里市弓河堰的极端溺水危害,对其进行了改造建设。在充分了解弓河堰工程背景的基础上,设计出全宽人造急流。在紧靠该堰下游修建了低水渠和高水渠,为急流泛舟者提供了娱乐区域。同时采取相应措施提高过鱼能力,还通过水力学模型实验,模拟、验证了工程改造前后的各种工况。结果表明,卡尔加里弓河堰改造项目取得成功,丰富和提升了当地的社会环境,并获多个奖项,为水资源、社会发展等作出了贡献,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。
In order to eliminate the extreme danger of drowning on the bow river weir in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, it was rebuilt. On the basis of fully understanding the background of Bow River we design a full-width artificial jet. Adjacent to the weir, low-water channels and high-rise canals were constructed, providing recreational areas for rapids. At the same time take corresponding measures to improve over-fishing ability, but also through the hydraulic model experiment, simulation, verified before and after the engineering of a variety of conditions. The results show that the success of the Calgary bow river weir reconstruction project has enriched and upgraded the local social environment and won many awards for its contribution to water resources and social development with obvious economic and social benefits.
