地方性氟中毒防治的根本措施是改饮低氟水,但在一些至今仍找不划低氟水源和一时还不能引用低氟水源地区,应考虑用化学方法除氟。因此,笔者就目前国内外所使用的各种饮水除氟方法做了系统比较,结果认为:活性氧化镁和活性氧化铝、活性铝矾土法较好。这两种方法不但成本低、效率高,而且操作简便。现分别介绍如下。 Local fluoride poisoning prevention and control of the fundamental measures is to change to drink low-fluorine water, but in some still underestimate the low-fluoride water sources and for a moment can not quote low-fluoride water areas, should consider using chemical methods to remove fluoride.
