对拟发展绿色食品茶叶的福建闽东的福州恩顶茶场、罗源县满叠茶场;闽北的南平炉下茶场、政和志和茶场、松溪郑墩茶场、武夷山农场、武夷木关茶场及周宁官司茶场等8个名优绿茶产地的土壤环境质量现状进行调查,应用单项污染指数法和综合污染指数法评价.结果表明:(1)福建名优绿茶产地土壤环境质量较佳,基本未受重金属及有机氯农药污染.不同地区之间茶园土壤清洁程度有所差异.(2)按照绿色食品产地土壤环境质量要求进行评价,8个茶场中,有3个茶场茶园土壤属一级土壤,清洁,符合AA级绿色食品对原料产地土壤环境的要求;有2个茶场茶园土壤属二级土壤,尚清洁,适宜发展A级绿色食品茶叶;有2个茶场土壤处于2级土壤上限,经过适当改造可发展绿色食品茶叶生产;有1个茶场土壤受Cr污染,不宜发展绿色食品.若以背景值为标准,则评价结果与上述有些差异.(3)名优绿茶产地土壤pH值为4.0~5.5,多数为4.1~4.7,适宜茶树生长.
Fuding Ending Chachang, Luoyuan County Manchu Chachang, Nanping Hexia Chachang, Zhenghe Zhihe Chachang, Songxi Zhengdun Chachang, Wuyishan Farm, Wuyi Mu Guan Chachang and Zhouzhou, Fujian Province, which are to develop green food tea, Ningguo Chachang 8 famous green tea producing areas of the soil environmental quality status quo survey, application of single pollution index method and comprehensive pollution index evaluation. The results showed that: (1) The quality of soil environment of Fujian Famous Green Tea was better, and it was not polluted by heavy metals and organochlorine pesticides. Tea gardens in different regions have different levels of soil cleanliness. (2) According to the requirements of soil environment quality of green food producing areas, 3 tea farms in 8 tea farms belong to first grade soil, which is clean and meets the requirements of AA grade green food on the soil environment of raw material origin. There are 2 tea farms Soil is secondary soil, yet clean, suitable for the development of A-level green tea; there are 2 tea farms in the soil in the upper limit of 2, after appropriate transformation can develop green food tea production; there is a tea plantation Cr contaminated soil should not develop green food. If the background value is the standard, the evaluation result is different from the above. (3) The pH value of the famous green tea producing areas is 4.0-5.5, mostly 4.1-4.7, which is suitable for tea tree growth.
