硝呋烯脘(mitrovin)是一种常用的禽畜促生长剂,但迄今还不了解它对胚胎发育有无不利作用。本研究用小鼠测试了硝呋烯腙的胚胎毒性。经口分别给予4组妊娠d 9-11的小鼠硝呋烯腙5,50,500和5000 mg/kg,另两组小鼠分别给予2.5%吐温80溶液和乙酰水杨酸280 mg/kg,作为空白对照和阳性对照。于d 18剖腹检查。结果:空白对照组和乙酰水杨酸组胚胎吸收率分别为4.17%和9.52%。5,50,500和5000 mg/kg硝呋烯腙组依次为7.38%,8.70%,18.35%和14.73%;其中500和5000mg/kg组胚胎吸收率明显大于空白对照组(P<0.005)。空白对照组和阳性对照组胚胎率分别为1.82 %和38.46%;5,50,500和5000 mg/kg硝呋烯脓依次为9.52%,
Mitrovin is a common poultry growth promoter, but so far it has not been known whether it has any adverse effect on embryonic development.
