钒钛磁铁矿氧化焙烧、水浸后得到的含钒溶液,经离子交换制得红钒,其品位主要取决于用阳离子交换树脂处理含钒溶液后所得酸性钒液中 Na~+的浓度及溶液 pH 值。本文研究了钒液在阳离子交换树脂上的交换行为,考察了 pH1~2范围内钒在溶液中的状态。通过对十二钒酸与钠离子交换性能的研究,比较了不同酸度和钠含量下水解沉钒对红钒品位的影响。
