目的探讨米非司酮对输卵管妊娠白血病抑制因子表达的影响。方法选取2015年1月-2016年12月荆州市第一人民医院收治的140例输卵管妊娠患者为研究对象,其中70例经米非司酮保守治疗失败后手术治疗的患者为观察组,70例急诊输卵管破裂或流产导致急诊手术的患者为对照组。取两组患者孕囊部位输卵管及子宫内膜,术中取患者静脉血,对比两组患者血清孕酮、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)的变化,采用免疫组化法检测白血病抑制因子在不同部位的表达情况。结果观察组患者血清孕酮和hCG水平均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者白血病抑制因子表达阳性率高于观察组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者白血病抑制因子在不同部位的表达量均明显高于观察组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮通过信号通路可抑制白血病抑制因子的表达,可终止胚胎发育,进而终止妊娠。
Objective To investigate the effect of mifepristone on the expression of inhibitory factor of tubal pregnancy leukemia. Methods From January 2015 to December 2016, 140 cases of tubal pregnancy patients admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Jingzhou City were selected as the research objects. Among them, 70 cases were treated by conservative treatment with mifepristone, and 70 cases Emergency tubal rupture or abortion led to emergency surgery in patients with control group. Take the two groups of patients with gestational sac of the fallopian tube and endometrium, intraoperative venous blood taken from patients with serum progesterone in two groups, human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) changes were detected by immunohistochemistry leukemia inhibitory factor in Different parts of the expression. Results The levels of serum progesterone and hCG in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The positive rate of leukemia inhibitory factor in control group was higher than that in observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The leukemia inhibitory factor in control group in different parts of the expression were significantly higher than the observation group patients, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone can inhibit the expression of leukemia inhibitory factor through the signal pathway and terminate the embryo development and terminate the pregnancy.
