研究了CO_2浓度倍增对谷子(Setaria italica (L.)Beauv.)叶片单位鲜重和单位叶面积叶绿素(Chl)和类胡萝卜素(Car)的含量以及PSⅡ功能的影响。结果表明,CO_2浓度倍增能提高拔节期成熟叶片和灌浆期成熟旗叶的Chl和Car的含量,并且能提高这两种叶片PSⅡ反应中心开放部分的比例。然而拔节期叶片和灌浆期旗叶的qN值和PSⅡ总的光化学量子产量,以及 F_v/F_o、F_v/F_m和F_d/F_s的值对CO_2浓度倍增的响应不同,表明CO_2浓度倍增对拔节期叶片光合功能的改善优于灌浆期的旗叶。
The effects of CO 2 doubling on the fresh weight per unit leaf area and the content of chlorophyll (Chl) and carotenoid (Car) and the function of PSⅡ in the leaves of Setaria italica (L.) Beauv. The results showed that doubling CO 2 concentration increased the contents of Chl and Car at ripening and ripening flag leaves at the jointing stage and increased the proportion of open parts of the PSⅡ reaction center. However, the qN value and the total photochemical quantum yield of PSⅡ and the response of F_v / F_o, F_v / F_m and F_d / F_s to flag leaf at jointing stage and filling stage differed in response to doubling of CO_2 concentration. The improvement of photosynthetic function is better than the flag leaf at grain filling stage.
