复杂产品系统在技术构成和系统结构上表现出复杂性的特点,子系统的技术演进非均衡并带来技术匹配问题.为此,选择数控机床为研究对象,分析了数控系统和机械系统的技术演进;根据技术演进的速度差异,将构成复杂产品的子系统划分为快变量和慢变量.在此基础上,研究了产品模块化对快变量和慢变量技术匹配的影响;研究表明,有效利用快变量模块化的技术机会,有助于中国企业在该领域实现技术匹配,从而加快技术追赶的进程.
