财务人员是企业经营管理的重要人才,一支稳定的、高素质的财务团队在企业的健康发展中起着重要作用。随着市场经济的快速发展,财会制度不断变化,由于工作与学习的压力大大增加、薪酬与分配机制的不合理等因素,财务人员的流失现象成为当前财务管理中普遍存在的问题,给企业带来了不可估量的负面效应。本文从企业财务工作人员工作的特殊性出发,从个人发展和企业管理制度、薪酬制度、企业文化等方面对财务人员的流失现象进行分析,初步探讨企业财务人员管理与激励的优化措施。
Financial staff is an important talent in business management. A stable and high-quality financial team plays an important role in the healthy development of an enterprise. With the rapid development of market economy, the accounting system is constantly changing. Due to the increased pressure of work and study, the unreasonable salary and distribution mechanism and other factors, the loss of financial personnel has become a common problem in the current financial management. There are incalculable negative effects. Based on the particularity of the work of financial staff, this paper analyzes the loss of financial staff from personal development and enterprise management system, salary system, corporate culture and other aspects, and initially discusses the optimization measures of management and incentive of enterprise financial staff.
