目的探讨吡咯喹啉醌(PQQ)对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂、血糖、肝功能及脂质过氧化的影响。方法将SD大鼠随机分为正常组和高脂造模组,正常组饲予基础饲料,高脂造模组饲予高糖高脂饲料5个月建立高脂血症模型,从中挑选出40只高脂血症大鼠,按血脂水平随机分为模型对照组、PQQ低剂量组、PQQ中剂量组和PQQ高剂量组,每组10只,分别灌胃给予15、30、60mg/kg PQQ,连续6周,检测血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、血糖(GLU)、胰岛素(INS)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px),并对肝脏做病理组织学检查。结果 PQQ可降低高脂血症大鼠血清中TC、TG、LDL-C、ALT、AST水平,升高HDL-C/TC比值;同时能提高血清中SOD、GSH-Px的活力,降低MDA水平,并且能降低血清中血糖和胰岛素抵抗水平。结论 PQQ可以调节高脂血症模型大鼠血脂、血糖水平和因高血脂导致的肝损伤,同时具有一定的抵抗脂质过氧化作用,提示其对预防高脂血症具有积极作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ) on blood lipid, blood glucose, liver function and lipid peroxidation in experimental hyperlipidemic rats. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into normal group and high-fat model group. The normal group was fed with basal diet, the high-fat model group was fed with high-sugar and high-fat diet for 5 months to establish hyperlipidemia model, 40 Only hyperlipidemic rats were randomly divided into model control group, low-dose PQQ group, middle-dose PQQ group and high-dose PQQ group according to their blood lipid levels. Each group was given 10, 30 and 60 mg / kg PQQ (TC), triglyceride (TG), HDL-C, GLU, INS, ALT ), Aspartate aminotransferase (AST), superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) an examination. Results PQQ could reduce the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, ALT and AST, raise the ratio of HDL-C / TC in serum of hyperlipidemic rats, increase the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in serum and decrease the level of MDA , And can reduce the level of blood sugar and insulin resistance in serum. Conclusions PQQ can regulate the level of blood lipid, blood glucose and hepatic injury induced by hyperlipidemia in hyperlipidemic rats, meanwhile, it can resist lipid peroxidation, suggesting that PQQ may play a positive role in preventing hyperlipidemia.
