目的:探究B超在诊断胎儿复合畸形之中的临床价值。方法:将2010.02-2011.02入住我院的680例早中孕期妊娠孕妇的临床资料进行回顾性分析,上述孕妇均行常规三维彩超进行畸形胎儿的筛查,并与普通2DEB超组(n=680)进行对比,以2χ检验对两组数据进行比较分析,以P<0.05表示二组具有统计学差异。结果:在本组患儿中,检出异常胎10例,其中先天性心脏病2例;唇裂2例;左侧输尿管囊肿l例,输尿管肾盂连接部梗阻l例,脑积水l例,腹裂l例,胎儿水肿1例;多发畸形l例,均经引产后证实。结论:在B超对于诊断胎儿的复合畸形中,三维彩超较常规2DEB超具有较高的显示率和诊断准确率,其临床价值及效果显著。
Objective: To explore the clinical value of B ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal composite deformity. Methods: The clinical data of 680 pregnant women in early pregnancy during the period of 2010.02-2011.02 were retrospectively analyzed. The pregnant women underwent routine three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound to screen the abnormal fetus and compared with the normal 2DEB group (n = 680) For comparison, 2χ test data were compared between the two groups to P <0.05 said the two groups with statistical differences. Results: In this group of children, abnormal fetus was detected in 10 cases, of which 2 cases of congenital heart disease; 2 cases of cleft lip; left ureteral cyst in 1 case, ureteropelvic junction obstruction in 1 case, hydrocephalus in 1 case, abdominal L cases of lysis, fetal edema in 1 case; multiple deformities l cases, confirmed by induction of labor. Conclusions: In the diagnosis of B-ultrasound complex fetal deformity, three-dimensional ultrasound than conventional 2DEB ultra-high display rate and diagnostic accuracy, its clinical value and effect is significant.
