以70%的丙酮作为提取溶剂,通过正交试验研究了微波辅助提取和田石榴皮籽中鞣质的最佳提取条件为:液料比40(mL/g),微波功率600 W,浸提温度40℃,微波时间4 min,浸提液pH为5;采用稀释法对金黄色葡萄球菌、福氏痢疾杆菌、沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌和白色念珠菌进行体外抑菌试验。结果表明:和田石榴皮中鞣质对金黄色葡萄球菌、福氏痢疾杆菌、沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌和白色念珠菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用。
Using 70% acetone as extraction solvent, the optimum extraction conditions of tannin in microwave-assisted extraction of Wadian pomegranate seed by orthogonal experiment were as follows: liquid to material ratio 40 (mL / g), microwave power 600 W, extraction temperature 40 ℃, microwave time 4 min, the pH value of the extract was 5. The antibacterial activity of Staphylococcus aureus, Shigella flexneri, Salmonella, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans were tested in vitro by dilution method. The results showed that the tannin of Wadian pomegranate peel had different antibacterial activities against Staphylococcus aureus, Shigella flexneri, Salmonella, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans.
