文化消费不同于一般的物质商品消费,提高农村文化消费力,加强农村文化的硬软件设施建设,是新农村建设的重要组成部分,也是培育新型农民,加快推进农村城市化进程的必要举措。本文以广州市为例,概括了新时期农村文化消费的主要特点,分析了形成农村文化消费特点的主要原因,进而探讨了繁荣农村文化市场,满足农村居民文化消费需求的具体对策。
Cultural consumption is different from general consumption of material goods, improving rural cultural spending power and strengthening hardware and software facilities in rural areas. It is an important part of new rural construction and an essential measure to cultivate new-type farmers and speed up urbanization in rural areas. Taking Guangzhou as an example, this paper summarizes the main features of rural cultural consumption in the new era, analyzes the main reasons for the formation of rural cultural consumption characteristics, and then discusses the specific measures to prosper the rural cultural market and meet the cultural consumption needs of rural residents.
