对过共晶Bi Mn合金 ( 5 %Mn)采用离心定向凝固的工艺进行研究表明 ,适当的工艺参数下可形成内外分层组织 ,而中心为在Bi中均匀分布着粗纤维状的MnBi化合物 ;测量表明 ,这样的组织使其磁学性能大大提高 ,其原因在于MnBi本身的晶型各向异性及形状各向异性的共同叠加
The research on the technology of the hypereutectic Bi Mn alloy (5% Mn) by centrifugal directional solidification shows that the inner and outer layered structure can be formed under appropriate process parameters and the center is the coarse fibrous MnBi compound distributed in Bi. The measurement shows that such a structure greatly enhances the magnetic properties due to the superposition of crystalline anisotropy and shape anisotropy of MnBi itself
