根据多台汽轮压缩机组状态监测与故障诊断的特点,设计了一个适用于分布式多级监测系统的局域通讯网络。该网络能实现一点对多点的主动与被动通讯。在简述了通讯网络的功能和通讯规程后,详述了双向一主多仆通讯策略即主站主动对多个从站的通讯及被动地与多个从站的通讯。现场运行证明该网络简捷、实用,能满足工厂分布式多级监测系统的通讯要求。
According to the characteristics of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of multiple turbo compressor sets, a local communication network suitable for distributed multistage monitoring system is designed. The network can achieve point to multipoint active and passive communication. After a brief description of the functions and communication protocols of the communication network, the bidirectional and multi-master communication strategy is described in detail. That is, the master actively communicates with multiple slaves and passively communicates with multiple slaves. The field operation proves that the network is simple and practical and can meet the communication requirements of the distributed multi-level monitoring system in the factory.
