目的分析幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染状况与2型糖尿病的关系。方法 825例患者以~(13)C尿素呼气试验检测Hp感染的情况,~(13)C-DOB值≥4为Hp阳性的判断标准,分为Hp阳性组(n=309)和Hp阴性组(n=516),比较2组2型糖尿病的发病情况。结果 825例患者中,Hp阳性组309例,其中2型糖尿病44例,发生率为14.24%,Hp阴性组516例,其中2型糖尿病39例,发生率为7.56%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.02,P<0.01)。Hp阳性组中,男96例,其中2型糖尿病17例(17.71%),女213例,其中2型糖尿病27例(12.68%),Hp阳性组中不同性别2型糖尿病发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.37,P>0.05)。Hp阳性组中糖尿病的患者年龄高于非糖尿病患者,Hp阳性组男性患者中糖尿病患者与非糖尿病患者的年龄比较差异无统计学意义(t=1.197,P>0.05)。Hp阳性组女性患者中糖尿病患者的年龄大于非糖尿病患者,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.154,P<0.05)。Hp阴性组中,男性2型糖尿病14例(7.82%),女性2型糖尿病25例(7.42%),差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.027,P>0.05),各组间年龄差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Hp感染与2型糖尿病具有一定关联性,并且与年龄具有一定关系。
Objective To analyze the relationship between Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and type 2 diabetes. Methods 825 patients were tested for Hp infection by ~ (13) C urea breath test. The value of ~ (13) C-DOB value ≥4 was the criterion of Hp positive. The patients were divided into Hp positive group (n = 309) Group (n = 516), the incidence of type 2 diabetes was compared between the two groups. Results Of the 825 patients, 309 were Hp-positive patients, 44 of which were type 2 diabetes mellitus, the incidence rate was 14.24%, 516 were Hp-negative patients, of which 39 were type 2 diabetes mellitus, the incidence was 7.56%, the difference was statistically significant χ ~ 2 = 11.02, P <0.01). In Hp positive group, there were 96 males, of which 17 cases (17.71%) were type 2 diabetes mellitus and 213 cases were female, including 27 cases (12.68%) of type 2 diabetes mellitus, the incidence of type 2 diabetes in Hp positive group was no statistical difference Significance (χ ~ 2 = 1.37, P> 0.05). The age of patients with diabetes in Hp positive group was higher than that in non-diabetic patients. There was no significant difference in the age of diabetic patients and non-diabetic patients in Hp positive patients (t = 1.197, P> 0.05). The age of diabetic patients in Hp positive group was significantly higher than that in non-diabetic patients (t = 2.154, P <0.05). In Hp-negative group, there were 14 cases (7.82%) in type 2 diabetes mellitus and 25 cases (7.42%) in type 2 diabetes in women, with no significant difference (χ ~ 2 = 0.027, P> 0.05) Statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion Hp infection has a certain relationship with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and has certain relationship with age.
