1991年10月,我院与能源部签订了“八五”国家重点科技攻关三项专题合同:1.“高强度大体积混凝土材料特性研究”。结合二滩拱坝施工设计,研究大体积混凝土的力学、热学、耐久性及破坏机理等;提高其使用强度,增强抗裂、抗冲耐磨能力;改善其物理性能,优化配合比设计。2.“混凝土防渗墙墙体材料及接头型式研究”。结合瀑布沟和小浪底高土石坝,研究新型的墙体材料、坝基防渗墙和坝体防渗体的连接型式,改善防渗墙的受力状态,在高水头作用下,使建于深厚覆盖层上的防渗墙和防渗体能联合安全运行。3.“勘测关键技术及综合应用研究”。主要是结合锦屏一级等电站,全面推广“六五”、“七五”勘测
