我院自1986年9月至1989年12月,借助“多功能尿路支架引流管”和“阴茎头环形钻孔器”制作带蒂包皮内板皮管作为尿道,行一期尿道下裂修复术16例,效果满意。报告如下。一、临床资料 16例年龄5～28岁,成人2例,其余为10岁以下儿童。尿道下裂阴茎头型2例,阴茎型13例,阴茎阴囊型1例。均有阴茎下曲。二、手术方法 (一)器械多功能尿管出尿道支架管、膀胱颈塞及膀胱引流管三部分组成(附图),粗细分10个型号。膀胱引流管和尿道支架管互不相通,后者
