恶性心包积液是恶性肿瘤晚期的一种并发症。其病程进展快，患者短期内即可出现因呼吸及循环系统衰竭而死亡。１９９７年１月～１９９８年１２月我科共收治恶性心包积液患者６例，现报告如下。*１　临床资料男性５例，女性１例。年龄１８～４４岁。原发癌：左肺腺癌１例；右肺鳞 Malignant pericardial effusion is a complication of advanced malignant tumors.
