IL-6过度生成与癌性恶液质、骨质疏松等慢性疾病有密切关系,为了开发抑制IL-6的药物以预防和治疗这些疾病,本次以抑制IL-6依赖性MH_(60)细胞的增殖为指标从天然物中进行筛选。 方法:以依赖性细胞增殖、因子表达、分化诱导等对各种细胞因子的特异性进行评价。以成骨细胞与骨髓细胞共同培养所致的破骨细胞形成能力评价对比IL-11、LIF的作用。以受体结合分析法探讨对IL-6受体的作用。
