目的了解中学生对流感的应对能力和知识需求,为加强中学生应对流感健康教育提供依据。方法 2015年9月,采用随机整群抽样方法,用自行设计的调查问卷对湖南省长沙市五个区五所中学初二、高二学生就流感基本知识的知晓情况、应对态度和应对行为进行调查并进行统计学分析。结果长沙市中学生获取流感知识以被动听从学校或教师的安排为主,占55.97%。对流感基本知识的总知晓率为70.75%。男、女生对于流感的预防及处置行为上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高中生对流感基本知识的总知晓率整体高于初中生(P<0.05),但对于流感的预防及处置行为,仅充足的睡眠、接种疫苗选择上存在差异(P<0.05),高中生正确率高于初中生。结论长沙市中学生对流感知识的掌握仍有待提高,学校应该加强对流感知识的宣传教育,注意引导学生主动获取相关知识,养成预防流感的良好卫生习惯。
Objective To understand the coping ability and knowledge needs of middle school students against influenza and provide the basis for strengthening secondary school students’ response to flu health education. Methods In September 2015, random cluster sampling method was used to investigate the knowledge, attitude and coping strategies of the basic knowledge of flu in the second and the sixth year of five middle schools in five districts of five districts in Changsha City, Hunan Province using self-designed questionnaire Statistical analysis. Results Middle school students in Changsha got knowledge of flu to passively listen to the arrangement of the school or teacher, accounting for 55.97%. The total awareness of the basic knowledge of influenza was 70.75%. There was significant difference between male and female in the prevention and treatment of influenza (P <0.05). The overall awareness rate of high school students on the basic knowledge of influenza was higher than that of junior high school students (P <0.05), but only adequate sleep and vaccination choices existed for the prevention and treatment of influenza (P <0.05) Rate higher than junior high school students. Conclusion The mastery of flu knowledge among middle school students in Changsha still needs to be improved. The school should step up publicity and education of flu knowledge, and guide students to take the initiative to acquire relevant knowledge and develop good hygiene habits to prevent flu.
