本试验选用了5个茎秆高度不同的矮秆普通小麦材料,通过双列杂交,并在同一年种植亲本、F_1、F_2、研究了矮秆的遗传特点。结果表明,控制植株高度的基因多表现为独立遗传,基因间具有累加作用,矮秆对高秆在多数情况下表现为不同程度的隐性。茎秆高度不同的材料,具有不同的株高基因,这些基因可能是非等位基因,也可能是复等位基因。最后,结合对矮秆遗传特点的分析,对矮化育种提出了一些看法。
In this experiment, five dwarf common wheat materials with different stem height were selected. The genetic characteristics of dwarf were studied by double crosses and the parents, F_1 and F_2 were planted in the same year. The results showed that the genes controlling the plant height mostly showed independent inheritance, with additive effects among genes, while the dwarf to high stalk showed recessiveness in most cases. Different height of the stalk material, with different plant height genes, these genes may be non-alleles, it may be complex alleles. Finally, combined with the dwarf genetic characteristics of the analysis, dwarf breeding made some observations.
