目的:优选鸡骨草中总三萜酸的半仿生法提取工艺。方法:采用UV测定总三萜酸含量。以总三萜酸提取率为指标,在单因素试验基础上,通过正交试验考察提取温度、酸提取时间、碱提取时间、料液比对鸡骨草总三萜酸提取工艺的影响,并与传统水提法、超声波法进行比较。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为料液比1∶25,恒温水浴温度100℃,酸(pH 2)提取时间55 min,碱(pH 8)提取时间25 min;总三萜酸提取率达0.123%,高于传统水提法(0.089%),但低于超声波法(0.304%)。结论:采用半仿生法提取鸡骨草中总三萜酸的工艺具有绿色环保、成本低等优点。
Objective: To optimize the semi-bionic extraction of total triterpene acid in Abrus cantoniensis. Methods: Total triterpene acid content was determined by UV. Based on the single-factor experiment, the effects of extraction temperature, acid extraction time, alkali extraction time and solid-liquid ratio on the total triterpene acid extraction process were studied by orthogonal experiment Compared with traditional water extraction and ultrasonic method. Results: The optimal conditions of extraction were as follows: the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:25; the temperature of water bath was 100 ℃; the extraction time was 55 min at pH 2; the extraction time was 25 min at pH 8; the total triterpene acid extraction rate was 0.123% , Higher than the traditional water extraction method (0.089%), but lower than the ultrasonic method (0.304%). Conclusion: The technology of semi-bionic extraction of total triterpene acid in Abrus mollis has the advantages of environmental protection and low cost.
