高纯铜中砷、硒和锡等痕量杂质元素含量的高低,直接影响高纯铜的性能。以往用氢化物法或石墨炉法测定这些元素时认为基体铜对测定会有干扰,因此分别采用氢氧化镧、氢氧化铁来对所测定的元素共沉淀,使之与铜分离后再进行测定。已有用直接法测定砷和硒的报导,但对锡的测定未完全成功。
The contents of trace impurities such as arsenic, selenium and tin in high purity copper directly affect the properties of high purity copper. In the past, when the hydride method or the graphite furnace method was used to measure these elements, the matrix copper was considered to interfere with the measurement. Therefore, lanthanum hydroxide and iron hydroxide were respectively used to co-precipitate the measured elements to be separated from the copper before being measured . Direct and indirect methods for the determination of arsenic and selenium have been reported, but the determination of tin has not been entirely successful.
