萎缩的无牙下颌病人可用自体骨移植治疗。病人的选择是:义齿制作是合格的,但病人使用下颌全口义齿困难。用颏下手术法暴露下颌骨,把取自自体髂骨嵴的骨块加在下颌骨的上面。大约在手术后3个月戴入过渡性下颌义齿,在手术后9～12月,当移植骨比较稳定后再制作正式的上下颌全口义齿。现在已有20例病人用这种手术和修复方法处理。本文复习了累积的结果。
Atrophied toothless jaw patients can be treated with autologous bone graft. The patient's choice is: denture production is qualified, but the patient's use of mandibular complete dentures is difficult. Submandibular surgery was used to expose the mandible and the bone taken from the autologous iliac crest was applied to the mandible. About 3 months after surgery to wear transitional mandibular denture, 9 to 12 months after surgery, when the graft is relatively stable and then make the full mandibular complete denture. Twenty patients have now been treated with this procedure and repair. This article reviews the cumulative results.
