我们在巡回检修中发现,不少机手在更换单缸喷油泵柱塞时,只换柱塞副,不换止回阀。机手认为,柱塞是担负供油重任的,承受压力大,磨损快;止回阀只担任控制回油的任务,理所当然磨损轻,因此只换柱塞,不换止回阀。其实,这种做法是错误的。大家知道,柱塞供油,止回阀控制回油,高压油管传递燃油,喷油器准确喷油,这些动作是协调一致,缺一不可的。如果它们之间任意一处出现故障,就会打乱整个供油系统的紧密配合。例如:①喷油泵柱塞供油正常,而止回阀磨损失去控制,就会使高压
