在水文、海洋、环境和生态调查研究中,需要一种可以对不同深度水体中的叶绿素浓度进行遥测的新方法。传统的光学和光学遥感技术迄今难以实现这种要求。本文提出了一种可满足这种要求的精密遥测新技术,以及专门为此而设计的SSCD装置。水体中不同深度处的水样可用小型水泵抽入SSCD装置内,然后用轻便光谱辐射计遥测其叶绿素浓度。一次遥测仅需4min左右。从对29个鱼塘的叶绿素浓度进行现场遥测的结果来看,这种方法的平均相对误差只有3.8%。与传统的分光光度法、荧光分光光度法和色谱法相比,本方法的最大优点是无需采集水样,样品也无需预处理,测量效率可提高几十倍,很有推广价值。
In hydrological, oceanographic, environmental and ecological studies, there is a need for a new method of telemetry chlorophyll concentrations in different depths of water. Conventional optical and optical remote sensing technologies have so far failed to meet this requirement. This article presents a new technology for precision telemetry that meets this requirement, as well as the SSCD device designed specifically for this purpose. Water samples at different depths can be pumped into the SSCD using a small water pump and then remotely measured for chlorophyll concentration using a portable spectroradiometer. A telemetry only about 4min. Based on the results of field telemetry of chlorophyll concentration in 29 fish ponds, the average relative error of this method was only 3.8%. Compared with the traditional spectrophotometry, fluorescence spectrophotometry and chromatography, the biggest advantage of this method is no need to collect water samples, samples without pretreatment, measurement efficiency can be increased several times, a great promotional value.
