目的:观察益心解毒方对Ameroid缩窄环致心功能不全小型猪血流动力学的影响。方法:巴马小型猪40只,随机抽取4只小型猪作为假手术组采用左冠状动脉前降支放置缩窄环的方式制备小型猪慢性心肌缺血心功能不全模型,随机分为模型组、地高辛组、芪参益气滴丸组、益心解毒方组,每组6只。测定股动脉收缩压(SBP),舒张压(DBP),平均动脉压(MAP),左室内压峰值(LVSP),左室舒张末压(LVEDP),左室内压上升,下降最大速率(±dp/dtmax)和左心室射血时间(LVET)。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组SBP、DBP、MAP、LVSP、LVEDP和±dp/dtmax显著降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,地高辛组、芪参益气滴丸组和益心解毒方组SBP、DBP、MAP、LVSP、±dp/dtmax显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:益心解毒方能够显著改善Ameroid缩窄环致心功能不全小型猪的心功能。
Objective: To observe the effect of Yixinjiedu Fang on hemodynamics of Ameroid narrowing ring induced heart dysfunction miniature pigs. Methods: Forty Bama miniature pigs were randomly selected. Four miniature pigs were randomly divided into model group, sham - operation group, sham - operated group, Digoxin group, Qishenyiqi drop pill group, Yixin detoxification group, 6 rats in each group. The SBP, DBP, MAP, LVSP, LVEDP, left ventricular pressure (LVEDP) and maximum descending rate (± dp / dtmax) and left ventricular ejection time (LVET). Results: Compared with the sham operation group, SBP, DBP, MAP, LVSP, LVEDP and ± dp / dtmax in the model group were significantly decreased (P <0.01) Yixinjiedu group SBP, DBP, MAP, LVSP, ± dp / dtmax increased significantly (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: Yixinjiedu Decoction can significantly improve the cardiac function of Ameroid narrowing ring induced heart dysfunction miniature pigs.
