目的 :研究四逆散及其拆方组对小鼠胃肠运动的影响 ,探讨其组方的合理性。方法 :通过小鼠胃内色素残留率及小肠推进比 ,观察四逆散及其拆方组对小鼠胃肠运动抑制和亢进模型的影响。结果 :四逆散全方组既能拮抗阿托品引起的小鼠胃肠运动减弱 ,又能拮抗新斯的明引起的小鼠胃肠运动加速。结论 :四逆散对小鼠胃肠运动具有双向调节作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Sinisan and its decoction on gastrointestinal motility in mice and to explore the rationality of its composition. METHODS: The effects of Sinisan and its decoction group on the gastrointestinal motility inhibition and hyperactivity model in mice were observed by the percentage of residual pigment in the stomach and the ratio of small intestine advancing. Results: The Sinisan group can antagonize the attenuated gastrointestinal motility of mice induced by atropine and antagonize the acceleration of gastrointestinal motility in mice induced by neostigmine. Conclusion : Sini Powder has two-way regulation on gastrointestinal motility in mice.
