偏心摄影验光(EPR)是测量人眼屈光状态的一种简便方法。在分析偏心摄影验光仪中新月形的形成过程和瞳孔像的光强分布时,目前所有的方法都是利用几何光学理论并忽略光的衍射作用。为了提高理论分析的准确性,提出一种建立在波动光学基础上的空间变分析法,详细说明了形成新月形的空间变过程,并用计算机模拟出不同屈光度的近视眼瞳孔像及其沿子午方向的光强分布。对比几何光学理论的结论,该方法更为精确。
Eccentric photorefractive photometry (EPR) is a convenient method of measuring the refractive status of the human eye. In analyzing the crescent formation process and the pupil image intensity distribution in an eccentric photorefractometer, all current methods utilize the theory of geometrical optics and neglect the diffraction of light. In order to improve the accuracy of theoretical analysis, a spatial variation analysis method based on wave optics is proposed.
