《自然》杂志2010年3月21日发表的一项研究报道称,携带小干扰RNA的纳米颗粒可以成功沉默黑色素瘤患者的靶基因,首次证明了该项技术在临床应用上的可行性。
A study published in the March 21, 2010 issue of Nature reported that nanoparticles carrying small interfering RNAs could successfully silence the target genes of patients with melanoma, demonstrating for the first time the feasibility of the technology in clinical application.
