目的观察光照对纤维桩周围双固化树脂粘接效果的影响。方法选用2011年5—11月佛山市向阳口腔医院就诊患者拔除的新鲜完整单根管牙40颗,随机等分为非光照组和光照组。两组牙齿均在截去牙冠后行根管预备,充填,然后植入纤维桩,并使用Bisco全酸蚀粘接系统对纤维桩进行粘接,非光照组仅进行化学固化,光照组在化学固化的基础上再使用QHL75光固化灯照射40s。分别测量两组牙齿根尖段、根中段和根管口段的显微硬度和粘接强度。结果显微硬度:光照组牙齿根管口段的显微硬度明显高于根中段和根尖段及非光照组各段(P<0.05),而光照组根中段和根尖段间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。粘接强度:光照组牙齿根管口段的粘接强度高于根中段和根尖段及非光照组各段,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且根中段和根尖段的粘接强度差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论光照有助于加强Bisco全酸蚀粘接剂的聚合程度,从而有助于纤维桩固位。
Objective To observe the effect of light on the bonding effect of double cured resin around fiber post. Methods Forty fresh single intact single tooth extracted from the patients who were admitted to Xiangyang Stomatological Hospital from May to November in 2011 were randomly divided into non-light group and light group. Both groups of teeth were rooted after the crown was cut off, filled, and then implanted into the fiber post. The Bisco all-acid-erosion bonding system was used to bond the fiber posts. The non-illuminated group was only chemically cured. Chemical curing based on the use of QHL75 light curing lamp irradiation 40s. The microhardness and adhesive strength of root apical section, root middle section and root canal mouth section of the two groups of teeth were measured respectively. Results Microhardness: The microhardness of dental root canal in the light group was significantly higher than that in the middle root segment and the apical segment and the non-illumination group (P <0.05), while there was no statistical difference between the light and the apical segments Significance (P> 0.05). Adhesive strength: The adhesive strength of dental root canal in the light group was higher than that in the middle root segment, apical segment and non-illumination group (P <0.05) There was also a statistically significant difference in the strength (P <0.05). Conclusion Light helps to enhance the polymerization of the Bisco all-etch adhesive and thus contributes to retention of the fiber pile.
