在工业合金中,除了化学成分造成的组织不均匀性外,还会出现与生产工艺有关的组织不均匀性。冶金和热处理因素可能导致在金属组织中发生显微不均匀性。必须指出,这里所讲的金属中的不均匀性,可以具有这样的几何尺寸:即大于在拉伸载荷或循环载荷作用下会加速金属破断的临界裂纹的长度。所以,研究能够促成早期的裂纹发生和扩展的金属组织不均匀性,具有很大的实际意义。本文研究了与冶金生产过程有关的因素。
In industrial alloys, in addition to the chemical composition of the non-uniform, but also with the production process-related organizational heterogeneity. Metallurgical and heat treatment factors can cause microscopic inhomogeneities in the metal structure. It must be pointed out that the inhomogeneities in the metals described here may have a geometric dimension that is greater than the length of the critical crack that accelerates the metal rupture under tensile or cyclic loading. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the heterogeneity of the metal structure that can promote early crack growth and expansion. This paper studies the factors associated with the metallurgical process.
