根据三屯河碾盘庄站1976年~2013年期间38年的系列水文资料,计算最小生态径流为0.5014亿m~3;利用Tennant法计算最小生态径流为1.958亿m~3;根据月保证率法50%保证率计算最小生态径流为0.811 3亿m~3,95%保证率计算最小生态径流为0.602 1亿m~3;采用汛期最小输沙量法计算的最小生态径流为1.785亿m~3。研究认为,根据三屯河流域1976年~2013年长系列水文监测资料,由于缺乏足够的生态资料,保守推荐采用Tennant法计算的1.958亿m~3为三屯河最小生态径流。
Based on the series of hydrological data of 38 years during the period from 1976 to 2013 in Sandun Zhuang Station of Santun River, the minimum ecological runoff was calculated to be 0.5014 billion m 3, and the minimum ecological runoff calculated by Tennant method was 195.8 million m 3. According to the monthly guarantee rate method The minimum ecological runoff calculated by the 50% guarantee rate is 0.811 3 billion m 3, and the minimum ecological runoff calculated with 95% guarantee rate is 0.602 100 million m 3. The minimum ecological runoff calculated by the minimum sediment load in flood season is 178.5 million m 3 . According to the long series of hydrological monitoring data from 1976 to 2013 in the SanTun river basin, the study suggests that due to the lack of sufficient ecological information, the minimum ecological runoff of SanTun River which is estimated by the Tennant method of 195.8 million m3 is conservatively recommended.
